Abstract

|
The Insurer’s Subrogation and the Abandonment have to be strictly classified in the Marine Insurane Act as it is a useful system that minimizes the losses of the contracting parties. In this paper, I have looked over comparatively the legal property of the insurer’s subrogation and abandonment on the basis of commercial code of our nation, marine insurance law of the united kingdom. I can reach a conclusion that both subrogation and abandonment should not be composed of a single system but should be gone abrest as a different system. To do this, we could achieve the goal of basic insurance coverage between contracting parties.
